Yeah, well, that’s how we greet people back home in New Zealand.
My name is Rikki Bloemsaat and I would like to welcome you to Plane Stupid. My plane stupid idea of a travel blog where I can document the travels of myself and my wonderful partner Chrissy Howley. The idea behind the website is to allow family and friends (and also you, if you do not fit one of the prior two categories) to follow where we are, what we are doing and how we are doing it whilst we travel abroad. It is important for you to know that neither myself or Chrissy are professional travelers, writers or photographers*. This is simply an avenue for us to communicate with everyone and share our stories, photos, videos, secrets and whatever else time allows us to.
Our aim is to update this website with something every day. This is not a promise.
We will have days where we are travelling, not in an area with internet or absolutely blind drunk – these days will be skipped for obvious reasons…
